Technology that works as hard as you do.

DiggsWorks is a father-daughter consulting firm. We help small and medium businesses get found online, and we close the gap between a customer's first call and a quote going out the door.

What we do

The whole digital side of your business, handled.

Websites are one piece of it. We work on everything between a customer needing help and your crew doing the work.

01

Be found & understood

A website and search presence that shows up when your customers go looking, and makes the next step obvious once they land.

02

First call to quote, faster

We shorten the trip from a customer's first call to a quote in their hands, so less work slips away while it sits in someone's inbox.

Systems that talk

Scheduling, follow-up, and the tools you already pay for, connected so nobody types the same thing twice. The same wiring asks for a review once a job closes.

Our approach
Ongoing

And then we stay.

Launching is the easy part. What decides whether any of it pays for itself is the months after, once real calls hit the system and the gaps show up.

Scoped and quoted per client after discovery, based on what you're running and how much of it we touch. You can stop whenever it stops earning its keep.

  • The numbers that matter: leads in, quotes out, what turned into paid work
  • Tuning what's live once real customers are using it
  • Chasing the leads that went nowhere, so you can see what leaked
  • Your review count and rating, and whether they're still climbing
  • Picking the next improvement together, or telling you there isn't one
The call-to-quote path

Most jobs aren't lost on price. They're lost on waiting.

The same customer request, run two ways. Flip the switch.

Quote out the door
Time to quote 2 days

By Thursday, three competitors have already quoted. The job is usually gone.

Illustrative example, not a promise. Real timelines depend on your crew, your call volume, and the job itself. What matters here is where the hours go. Mapping your own path is what the discovery session does, with you and the people who work it every day.

How we work

One connected path, six practical stages.

The first two tell us whether there's work worth doing. Everything after gets scoped and approved before we build it, and nothing goes live without your say-so.

01

Scan Free

Everything a customer sees and every way they can reach you: site, profiles, forms, phone. Plus how findable you are in the first place.

02

Discovery $995

A working session with you and your key people, covering how the work flows today, where they feel the friction, and every system in the mix. You leave with a written proposal: what's worth fixing first, scoped and priced.

03

Entry

Make it easy for customers to start, whether they call, text, or fill something in.

04

Intake

Capture the need once, in the customer's own words. No repeating the story.

05

Handoff

One clean summary reaches your team. Your people keep every decision.

06

Measurement

See what turns into quotes and scheduled work, then improve it.

Why we do it

We'd rather see the good guys win.

Every town has them: the businesses that answer the phone, show up when they say they will, and do the job right. And too often they're invisible online, losing work to competitors who are better at the internet, not better at the work.

DiggsWorks exists to fix that. We're Jeff and Anna Diggs, a father and daughter, and we bring big-company technology experience to the businesses that keep our communities running.

We talk straight and we scope the work before we do it. If there's money being left on the table, we think it belongs in your pocket.

Where we proved it
I sat in that office watching how the calls came in and where the quotes stalled. Everything we sell, we ran on our own shop first.

Straight answers

Questions people ask us first.

We look at what anyone can see from the outside: where you show up in local search, how your Google profile and reviews stack up against the shops you're competing with, and what happens when a customer tries to reach you. We call the number, fill out the form, and try it again after hours. Then we do the same to a few of your competitors, so you get a benchmark rather than a score. You get the findings in plain language whether or not you hire us.

What the scan can't see is what happens after a lead is captured: how fast it becomes a quote, and where work goes cold. That takes a look inside your operation, which is the discovery session.

Usually not. Most of the value comes from connecting what you already have, so information stops getting re-typed. If a tool isn't serving you we'll say so and explain why, but the decision is yours.

The scan is free. The discovery session is $995 — a working session with you and your key people to map how the work flows today, what your team finds frustrating, and which systems you're actually running on.

It ends with a written proposal: the changes worth making, in order, each one scoped and priced. Nothing obligates you to build any of it.

From there it's stage by stage, each one approved before we start, so you always know the cost before you commit.

If you want us to stay on after that, the ongoing work is quoted per client once we know what you're running. There's no lock-in. You can stop it whenever it stops earning its keep.

You do. Domains, accounts, code, and data stay in your name. If you ever want to take it elsewhere you can, and we'll help hand it over cleanly.

You can keep us on. We watch the numbers, tune what's live as real customers hit it, track the leads that went nowhere, and pick the next improvement with you. That ongoing work is quoted per client and you can stop it any time. If the right answer is "nothing this quarter," that's the answer we'll give.

Think there's money being left on the table? Let's find it.
